Cuando se opera y mantiene de acuerdo con todas Ins instrucciones que se suministran, si este equipo tractor falla debido aun defecto de material o mano de obra dentro de los dos aSos posteriores a la fecha de compra, Ilame al tel_fono 1-800-4-MY-HOME® para solicitar la reparaci6n gratuita.

Adem,_s, cuando se opera y mantiene de acuerdo con todas Ins instrucciones que se suministran, la garantia tambi6n cubre defectos de material y mano de obra del bastidor y del eje delantero por cinco afios a partir de la fecha de compra.

Esta garantia cubre UNICAMENTE defectos de material y mano de obra. Sears NO pagara:

•Componentes de desgaste que se desgasten durante el uso normal, incluso (pero sin limitarse a ello) hojas, buj[as, filtros de aire, correas y filtros de aceite.

•Servicios de mantenimiento est_.ndar, cambios de aceite o afinaciones,

•Reemplazo o reparaci6n de neum&ticos por pinchazos causados por objetos externos como clavos, espinas, tocones o vidrios.

•Reemplazo o reparaci6n de neum&ticos o ruedas por el desgaste normal, accidentes o por operaci6n o mantenimiento incorrectos.

,Reparaciones necesarias por abuso del operador, incluso (pero sin limitarse a ello) daSos causados por remolcar objetos que superen la capacidad del equipo tractor, chocar contra objetos que doblen el bastidor o e! cigLJeSa!o por sobrepasar la velocidad del motor,.

•Reparaciones necesadas pot negligencia del operador, incluso (pero sin limitarse a etlo) daflos el6ctricos y mecb,nicos causados por el almacenamiento incorrecto, por no usar el grado y la cantidad correctos de aceite de motor, por no mantener del muelle libre de residuos inflamabtes o por no mantener el equipo tractor de acuerdo con las instrucciones que contiene el manual del operador.

•Limpieza o reparaciones del motor (sistema de combustible) cuando se determina que se us6 combustible contaminado y oxidado (sarro). En general, el combustible debe usarse dentro de los 30 dias posteriores a su compra.

•Deterioro y desgaste normal de los acabados exteriores o sustituci6n de r6tulos de productos.

Toda cobertura de garantia del equipo tractor y la bateria queda nula si este producto se utiliza alguna vez con fines comerciales o de alquiler.
