This tool has the feature of being reversible. The
direction of rotation is controlled by a selector located
above the switchtrigger. With the ddll held innormal
operating position, the directionof rotation selector
should be positioned to the leftof the switch for
drilling.The drilling direction is reversed when the
selector is to the rightof the switch.When the selector
isin center position, the switch trigger islocked.

A CAUTION: To prevent gear damage, always
allow chuckto come to a complete stop before
changing the directionof rotation.

convenient, space saving storage. Screws should be
installed so that center distances are 1-7/16 inches
apart.

you can hand tighten or release ddllbitsin the chuck
jaws. Grasp and holdthe collarof the chuck with one
hand. Rotate the chuck body with yourother hand. The
arrowson the chuck indicate whichdirection to rotate
thechuck body inorder to LOCK (tighten)or UNLOCK
(release) the ddllbit.
