Los bornesde la bateriay losaccesoriosalines contienenplomoy compues- tos de plomo,sustanciasquimicasque segOnIo establecidopor el Estado de Californiacausanc_ncer y da_os en el sistemareproductivo.Laveselas manosdespuesde estar en contactocon estoscomponentes.

Cuando coloque loscablesde la bateria,conecte siempreprimeroel cable POSITIVO(rojo)a su borne,y a continuaci6nel cableNEGATIVO(negro).

Paraconectar loscablesde la bateria,proceda de la siguientemanera:

NOTA: El bornepositivode la bateriaest_ marcadocomo Pos (+). El borne negativode la bateriaest_ marcadocomoNeg (-).

1.Retirela cubiertapl_stica,si la hay,del bornepositivo(+) de la bateria y unael cablerojo al bornepositivode la bateria(+) con el pernoy la tuerca hexagonal.Veala Figura3.

2.Retirela cubiertapl_stica,si la hay,del bornenegativo(-) de la bateria y unael cablenegroal borne negativo(-) de la bateriacon el pernoy la tuerca hexagonal.Veala Figura3.

3.Coloqueel capuch6nde goma rojopor encimadel bornepositivode la bateriapara protegerlocontralacorrosi6n.

NOTA: Si la bateriase poneen funcionamientodespuesde lafecha indicada en su partesuperior o alcostado de lamisma,c_rguelasiguiendolasinstruc-

clonesde la secci6nServicio y Mantenimientode estemanualdel operador antesde hacerfuncionarel tractor.

Control de la presi6n de los neumaticos

Noinfle los neum_ticosen exceso.Consulteen los lateralesde losneum_ti-

cos lapresi6nm_ximaen psiSe debe mantenerunapresi6nuniformepara todos los neumAticosen todo momento.

Es posibleque los neum_ticosdel tractor hayansido infladosen excesopara despacharlo.Reduzcala presi6nde losneum_ticosantes de operareltractor. Consulteen los lateralesde los neum_ticosla presi6nm_ximaen psi

Muevaeltractor a unasuperficiefirme y nivelada,preferentementesobre el pavimento,y realiceIosiguiente.

1.Seleccionela posici6nde altura de la plataformade corte colocando lapalanca de elevaci6nde la plataformaen el ajustede alturade corte deseadoen situaci6n normal(cualquierade las seismuescasde altura de corte del ladoderechodel guardabarros).

2.Controlesi las ruedasde calibraci6nest_n en contactocon la superficie de abajoo si hay excesivaseparaci6n.Debehaberunaseparaci6nde

entre 1_de pulgaday Y2pulgadaentrelasruedasde calibraci6ny el suelo.

Si las ruedasde calibraci6ntienen excesivaseparaci6nrespectodel sueloo est_n en contactocon el mismo,ajustedel siguientemodo:

a.Levantela manijade elevaci6nde la plataformahasta el puntom_s alto.

b.Retirelas ruedasde calibraci6ndelanterasy traseras retirando lascontratuercasy los tornilloscon rebordeque lassujetana la plataforma.Veala Figura4.
