ORANGE SHERBET
A favorite children will enjoy. Serve with vanilla ice cream for a creamsicle flavor.
Makes: Eight
3N cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 tablespoons sugar
Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor; process to combine, about 15 seconds. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine ON and let mix until mixture thickens, about 20 - 25 minutes. If desired, transfer sherbet to an airtight container and place in freezer until firm,
about 2 hours.

1cup strawberries, washed and hulled or frozen strawberries with no sugar added
2/3 cup sugar
l/2 cup lime juice
l/2 cup light rum
Place strawberries in a blender or food processor; process to purCe. Add remaining ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into freezer bowl, turn the machine ON and mix until slushy, about 20 - 25 minutes. Serve immediately as a frozen bever- age.
