1small scallion, roughly chopped

1tablespoon (15 ml) parsley

2 tablespoons (30 ml) tahini

2tablespoons (30 ml) lemon juice

1 15-ounce (445g) can chickpeas

4tablespoons (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
