Pull the old resistance knob out of the handlebar.
Insert cable through the hole in the slider and through brass cable stop.

Insert new resistance knob, paying attention to fishing the cable and housing through the handlebar.
Tighten the setscrew underneath to secure the knob in the handlebar.
