Conference calls

This section describes features that enable conversationsbetween more

than two people.

Setting up a conference call

The conference feature enables you to add up to ﬁvepeople (30 for

Multimedia seat) to an established call. Follow this procedure to set up a proceduretoengage

conference call.

1While on a call, press the Conference key in the upper display

area to place the party on hold. You receive a dial tone.

2Dial the number of the person you want to add to the

conference call. You can talk privately to the person you are

adding at this time to announce the conference.

3Press the Conference key a second time to conference all

parties.

4Repeat the step to include additional people.

If you make a mistake dialing, or theparty does not want to be

included in the conference, press the extension key on which

the conference is being held and you will be reconnected to

the conference.
