6Toadd or edit the ﬁrst name, perform these steps:

a. Fromthe New Entry menu, select and open First Name.

b. Usethe dialpad to enter the ﬁrst name.

c. Press Ok.

The ﬁrst name is entered in the directory,and you return to the New

Entry menu.

7When you ﬁnish entering or editing the information, select Save.

Youare asked to conﬁrm the action.

8Perform one of these actions:

•Tosave, press Ye s.

•Toedit the information, press No.

The Resume Editing? message appears. Press Ye s to edit the

information. Press No to exit the directory without saving the

information.

Deleting an entry from the directory

Follow this procedure to delete an entry from the directory.

Step Action

1Press the Directory key.

The directory opens.

2From the directory list, select the entry you want to delete.

3Press Ok.

The Directory menu opens.

4Press the down navigation keyuntil the Delete option appears.

5Press Ok.

A conﬁrmation screen appears.

6Press Ok and then press Yes to conﬁrm the action.
