Replacing the I/O Board

Procedure

1Use the alignment posts on the computer base to place the I/O board in position.

2Replace the screw that secures the I/O board to the computer base.

3Adhere the I/O board cable to the computer base.

4Slide the I/O-board cable into the I/O-board-cable connector and press down on the connector latch to secure the cable.

2Replace the keyboard. See "Replacing the Keyboard" on page 19.

3Replace the base cover. See "Replacing the Base Cover" on page 21.

4Replace the battery. See "Replacing the Battery" on page 13.
