Replacing the Power Button Module
1Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page 13.
2Align and push the power button module tabs into the slots on the top panel.
3Connect the power button module cable to the system board connector, F_PANEL (see "System Board Components" on page 10).
4Replace the top cover (see "Replacing the Top Cover" on page 59).
5Replace the optical drive (see "Replacing the Optical Drive" on page 51).
6Replace the front bezel (see "Replacing the Front Bezel" on page 29).
7Replace the computer cover (see "Replacing the Computer Cover" on page 18).
8Connect your computer and devices to electrical outlets and turn them on.
