Installing the Display Hinges

1.Insert the display hinges into their slots on the display assembly.

2.Tighten the screws to secure the display hinge on both sides of the display assembly.

3.Install the:

a.display bezel

b.display assembly

c.display-hinge brackets

d.palmrest

e.keyboard

f.keyboard trim

g.hard-drive assembly

h.memory

i.battery

j.base cover

4.Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.

Removing the Camera

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.

2.Remove the:

a.base cover

b.battery

c.display bezel

d.display panel

3.Perform the following steps to remove the camera from the computer:

a.Lift the camera to release it from the adhesive [1].

b.Disconnect the camera cable from its connector [2].

c.Remove the camera from the computer [3].
