Removing the Keyboard

1. Follow the procedures in Before Working Inside Your Computer.
2. Remove the ATG port cover (applicable on E6410 ATG computer only).
3. Remove the battery.
4. Remove the LED cover.
5. Remove the screws that secure the keyboard to the computer.
6. Use a plastic tab to lift the back edge of the keyboard to release the keyboard.
7. Slide the keyboard toward the back of the computer and remove the keyboard from the computer.

Replacing the Keyboard

To replace the keyboard, perform the above steps in reverse order.
