Removing The Input/Output (I/O) Board

1.Follow the procedures in Before Working On Your Computer.

2.Remove the digitizer pen.

3.Remove the label door.

4.Remove the bottom cover.

5.Remove the battery.

6.Remove the middle frame assembly.

7.Disconnect the I/O board cable from the system board.

8.Remove the screw that secures the I/O board to the computer.

9.Lift up the I/O board and remove it from the computer.
