						Remarks
“Other ¢¢¢¢”: Input a code number with the numbered buttons				Some discs are designed to start in a certain language despite

			The original language of each disc will be selected.
“Automatic”:			If the language selected for “Audio” is not available,
			subtitles of that language will automatically appear if
			available on that disc.
Level 8:		All DVDs can be played.		³The password screen is shown if you choose levels 0 to 7
Level 1 to 7: Prohibits play of DVDs with corresponding ratings recorded					(á page 24).
Level 0:		on them.		³Select “Level 0” to prevent play of discs that do not have

Lighter: when connected to a TV through the VIDEO OUT or S VIDEO
	OUT terminal.
Darker: when connected to a TV through the COMPONENT VIDEO
	OUT (Y/CB/CR) terminals.

Dynamic range is the difference between the loudest sound and the softest sound. By compressing this range, you can listen at low volume but still enjoy clear dialog.
