Listening to Preset Stations

Use <8/–,+/9>, [CH –, CH +] or [NUMBER] (0 ~ 9,

+10) to select the preset number.

b Operate <8/–,+/9> after switching to the preset mode (vpage 17).

Naming the CurrentlyTuned in Broadcast Station

Names of up to 8 characters can be input.

1Press [NUMBER] (0 ~ 9, +10) for the preset number to be named.

2Press MENU/SET three times. The “STATION NAME” is displayed.

b Operate within 5 seconds.

3Press [op].

The name input mode is set.

4Use [ui] to select the character, then press [p] to set.

b Characters that can be input.

A to Z a to z 0 to 9 ^ ’ ( ) * + , - . / = (space)

b Press [o p] to move the cursor. Use this to correct input characters.

5Press [ENTER/MEMO].

Naming mode is finished.

nChanging the Broadcast Station Name

q Call out the preset name to be changed, then press MENU/SET three times.

w Perform steps 3, 4 and 5 at “Naming the Currently Tuned In Broadcast Station”.

b Press [CLEAR/DEL] to delete the characters.
