Also, you will be advised of your right to file a complaint with the FCC if you believe it is necessary. There are NO SERVICABLE PARTS. Please contact Efficient Networks, Inc. This equipment is not intended for use on public coin phone service provided by the telephone company. Connection to party line service is subject to state tariffs. (Contact the state public utility commission, public service commission or corporation commission for information.) The use of this equipment may be controlled by law in your country. This equipment is hearing aid compatible if used on standard telephone lines with the appropriate interface.

Canadian RF Interference Statement

This digital apparatus does not exceed the Class B limits for radio noise emissions from digital apparatus as set out in the radio interference regulations of the Canadian Department of Communication.

NOTICE: The Industry Canada label identifies certified equipment. This certification means that the equipment meets telecommunications network protective, operational and safety requirements as prescribed in the appropriate Terminal Equipment Technical Requirements document(s). The Department does not guarantee the equipment will operate to the user’s satisfaction.
