FCC Part 15 Notice
The Eicon Technology DIVA Mobile PC Card is classified by the Federal Communications
Commission (FCC) as Class B computing device. However, the inclusion of certain options
changes the rating of some configurations to Class A. To determine which classification
applies to your equipment, examine all FCC registration labels located on the underside of
your equipment. If any one of the labels carries a Class A rating, your entire system is
considered to be a Class A computing device. If all labels carry the Class B rating, your system
is considered a Class B computing device.
Class B
This equipment generates and uses radio-frequency energy and, if not installed and used
properly, that is, in strict accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, may cause
interference to radio and television reception. It has been type tested and found to comply with
the limits for a Class B computing device in accordance with the specifications of Part 15 of
