Turnoffthe projector, and unplug theAC power cord
fromtheACoutlet.
Removethefrontairfilterbypullingthelatch
horizontally.
Removethebackairfilterbypullingthelatch
horizontallyandthenremoveitleftward.

Filterpreventsdustfromaccumulatingontheopticalelementsinsidetheprojector.Shouldthefiltersbecome
cloggedwithdustparticles,itwillreducecoolingfans’effectivenessandmayresultininternalheatbuildup
andadverselyaffectthelifeoftheprojector.Ifa“Filterwarning”iconappearsonthescreen,cleanthefilters
immediately.Cleanthefiltersbyfollowingthestepsbelow.
Cleantheairfilterswithabrushorrinsethemsoftly.

Whencleaningtheairfiltersbyrinsing,dryitwell.
Replacetheairfiltersproperly.Makesurethattheair
filtersarefullyinserted.

Donotoperatetheprojectorwiththefilters
removed.Dustmayaccumulateontheoptical
elementsdegradingpicturequality.
Donotputanythingintotheairvents.Doingso
mayresultinmalfunctionoftheprojector.
RECOMMENDATION
we recommend avoiding dusty/smoky environments
when you operate the projector. Usage in these
environments may cause poor image quality.
Whenusingtheprojectorunderdustyorsmokyconditions,
dustmayaccumulateonalens,LCDpanels,oroptical
elementsinsidetheprojectordegradingthequalityofa
projectedimage.Whenthesymptomsabovearenoticed,
contactyourauthorizeddealerorservicestationforproper
cleaning.
BesuretoresettheFiltercounteraftercleaningorreplacing
thefilters.
PresstheMENUbuttontodisplaytheOn-Screen
Menu.UsethePoint▲▼buttonstoselectSettingand
thenpressthePoint►ortheSELECTbutton.
