add the desired width of top (A) to height of back (B) and use following:
a)When total of A plus B is 29" or less, use price column under 4" back.
b)When total of A plus B is over 29" to 33" inclusive, use price column under 8" back.
c)When total of A plus B is over 33" to 37" inclusive, use price column under 12" back.
d)When total of A plus B is over 37" to 41" inclusive, use price column under 16" back.
