SOLUTION
Adjust the volume. Connect the power cord correctly.
Disconnect from the mains for a few seconds and then turn on again.
Adjust antenna: FM: Wire antenna. AM: Direct the device. Keep distance to other appliances.
Replace or clean the disc.
