11. If the Bi-dpattern is not aligned properly, adjustit by changing thevalue with theor key.
Ifthe second row is shiftedto the rightof the firstrow, change the valueby pressing the key,
and printthe newBi-d print alignmentpattern by pressing SPACE. If thesecond row is shifted to
theleft of the first row, changethe value bypressing the key,and print the new Bi-d print
alignmentpatt ern bypressing SPACE. Performthis operation for each mode (0, 1, and2).
12. When the Bi-dprint alignmentis correct for each print mode,press ENTER to write the
adjusted valuesto theEEPROM and printthe adjusted valuefor each mode. This operation
returns theprogram to theMain Menu automatically.
13. To exit this program, pressESC until thecomputer returns to theMS-DOS prompt.
The factory settings are written to the EEPROM when you run one of the the check programs,
shown in the Main Menu. Afteryou select the factory settings, be sure to run the check program.
