3. Grasp both sides of the SIMM and pull it out as shown above.
4. Follow steps 9 through 10 in the previous section to complete
the procedure.
ROM Module You can install the EPSONScript Level 2 module (C83226✽)
using the same basic steps as those used to install the memory
module. See “Installing a memory module” for installation
instructions. However, this must be installed in the ROM SLOT
rather than in the R A M S LO T .
Optional Interfaces This section describes how to install the LocalTalk/Serial
modules and opti onal Type-B interf ace cards listed below.
❑To add a serial or parallel interface to your printer, use one

The LocalTalk/Serial module provides your printer with either
