To take a picture with a frame:
1Turn the Mode dial to 
automatic, 
manual, or
continuous.
2Press the 
P.I.F. button. The first frame stored in the camera is displayed.
3Select the frame you want by moving the joystick to u or d, then press the OK button. The selected frame is displayed on the LCD screen. (If you stored more frames on the memory card, move the joystick to r to move to the memory card frames.)
Tip:
Most frames are available in both horizontal and vertical designs. Make sure you choose the right orientation for the picture you want to take.
4Press the 
T (telephoto) or the 
W
5Center your subject in the frame.
6Press and hold the shutter button halfway. The focus frame turns green and the focus is set.
7Press the shutter button all the way down. The camera beeps as it captures your picture. (For continuous shooting, hold down the shutter button and release it when you’re finished.)
