Adjusting the sensitivity setting
Your PhotoPC 850Z has the following sensitivity
settings:
Standard sensitivity, equivalent to ISO 100
High sensitivity, equivalent to ISO 200
Super high sensitivity, equivalent to ISO 400

When to adjust the sensitivity

Set the sensitivity to high or super high when taking
photos:
Of fast moving subjects (useful for in-door sports)
Of distance subjects with a flash
In the dark without a flash (useful when flash
photography is prohibited)
EPSON recommends setting sensitivity to standard
at all other times, as image quality is lower when
you use higher sensitivity settings.

How to adjust the sensitivity

Follow the steps below to change the sensitivity.
1. Make sure you are using the Program or Manual
camera mode. (See “Making camera mode

settings” on page 2-28.)

2. Turn the camera’s dial switch to .
3. In the Program camera mode, press the ISO
button to select standard, high, or super high
sensitivity.
