Setting Up PhotoPC P-1000

After unpacking your PhotoPC P-1000, set it up so it is ready to use. This section describes how to charge the battery, set the memory card, and turn the power on and off.

Charging the battery

Your PhotoPC P-1000 comes with a lithium-ion battery. See the following sections for details on installing and replacing it.

Installing the battery

Install the battery as shown in the instructions below.

1.Slide the battery cover release as shown below and remove the battery cover.

2.Insert the battery into the compartment, positioning the + and - ends with those on the inside of the compartment.
