Warranty | This Equator appliance is guaranteed against | |
| faulty material or workmanship for one full year | |
| from the original pur chase date. |

Warranty Scope | This warranty covers pr oducts pur chased for | |
| home use in the fifty United States and Canada. | |
| The warranty does not cover pr oduct when | |
| used commer cially . It is extended to any |

| succeeding owner for the r emaining duration of | |
| the original pur chaser´s war ranty period. |

Exclusions | This warranty does not cover damage caused to | |
| the appliance by misuse, accident, abuse, |
|
| incor rect installation and/or operation, failur | e to |
| follow operating instr uctions, and nor mal wear | |
| and tear. |

| In addition, it does not cover damage incur | red |
| during transit or damage caused by or r esulting | |
| from repair or adjustment work car ried out by any | |
| other than Equator or our Authorized Service |
