Initial Configuration
NOTE
If endpoints are already attached to a switch when you install Sentriant AG, you must log in to each switch and send the NAC revalidate command before the endpoint can be tested and routed properly.
To configure the Sentriant AG appliance:
1Log in to a different computer with browser software installed. The following browsers are supported for this release:
●Windows: IE 6.0 or later, Mozilla Firefox v1.5 or later, Mozilla v1.7
●Linux: Mozilla Firefox v1.5 or later, Mozilla v1.7
●Mac OS X: Mozilla Firefox v1.5 or later
2Using https://, point your browser to the IP address or host name of the Sentriant AG appliance (for example, https://10.0.64.25).
3You might be prompted with a security alert because Sentriant AG uses a secure communication connection (SSL) (Figure 5). Click Yes. The Accept license agreement window opens (Figure 6).
