•First, fit an M5 lock nut into the hexagonal hole in the upper frame tube. Make sure the rounded side of the lock nut faces out.

•Next, insert an M5 x 31 mm bolt through the opposite hole in the upper frame tube.

•While holding the lock nut in place, fully tighten the bolt with the Allen wrench.
