CHARGING THE BATTERY PACK
The battery pack is not charged at the time of purchase and therefore needs to be charged before use. In addition, if the battery charge becomes low while you are using the camera, it is recommended to recharge it as soon as possible.
1 Connect the AC adaptor/charger to a power outlet.
hUse the supplied power cord for connecting.
2 Insert the battery pack into the AC adaptor/charger.
hSet it in the battery slot. h Be sure the battery pack is
correctly oriented when setting it in the charger.
h Charging begins. During charging, the CHARGE indicator lights red.
h When the battery pack is completely charged, the CHARGE indicator turns off.
h Charging will take approximately 90 minutes.
3 When the battery pack is fully charged, remove it from the AC adaptor/charger.
hAfter removing the battery pack, unplug the power cord from the power outlet.
