Resetting the PIN
1.Touch
→ Parental Controls.
2.Touch the Reset Pin.
3.Go to www.flotv.com or call your customer service representative to change your

Setting TV viewing limits
The majority of television programs have ratings, and your FLO TV™ Personal Television allows you to set a programming rating limits. If a viewer selects a program with a rating exceeding the set limit, the program is blocked ( ) and not accessible without entering the designated PIN. See below for the definition of all TV ratings.
Television program ratings are sent over the air, and the available ratings options are based on this information. If no TV ratings are sent, there is no list item available for TV rating limit in the Parental Controls options.
If you have not previously set Parental Controls, the default setting is the lowest rating available.
