How to access and set a Setup menu

You can access the Setup menu while the unit is stopped and is not in the Utility or TC Setup mode.

Note that the operation procedure shown below is not applied to the "RS422 Setup" and "TCP/IP Setup" menus. See the explanations described later about how to access and set those menus.

1. While the unit is stopped and the SHIFT indicator is unlit, press the [SETUP] key.

The unit enters the Setup mode.

The first time the unit enters the Setup mode after turning on the power, the first level of the "Adjust RTC?" menu is shown on the display. Otherwise, the first level of the Setup menu previously accessed is shown.

2. Use the jog dial (or the [SKIP/CURSOR <<] / [SKIP/ CURSOR >>] keys) to select a desired Setup menu, and press the [ENTER/YES] key.

You can now set the selected menu.

The Setup menu changes in the order shown on the right.

3.Use the jog dial (or the [SKIP/CURSOR <<] / [SKIP/ CURSOR >>] keys) to select a desired option, and

press the [ENTER/YES] key.

The selected option is confirmed and the display returns to the first level.

4.Press the [EXIT/NO] or [STOP] key to exit the Setup mode.
