Procédé de fabrication de la glace

Mettre l’interrupteur ICE/OFF/WASH à la position ICE. La machine commercera automatiquement le stade de fabrication de la glace.

Il y a deux phases distinctes: congélation et récolte.

Pendant le cycle de congélation l’eau coulee à la surface de l’évaporateur. Pendant le cycle de récolte, la glace est libérée et l’eau entre dans la machine. Un cycle complet peut durer de 15 à 40 minutes, mais dépend de la température et des conditions de l'opération.

Congélation: Pendant le cycle de congélation le compresseur pompe le réfrigérant, le ventilateur à moteur souffle l’air et la pompe de l’eau fait circuler l’eau. Quand un lot de glace a été formé complêtement, l’appareil arrête le cycle de congélation et commence la récolte.

Récolte: Pendant le cycle de récolte le compresseur fonctionne encore, mais la pompe de l’eau est stoppée. La valve du gaz chaud ouvrit, ce qui détourne le gaz réfrigérant chaud dans l’évaporateur. Le gaz réchauffe l’évaporateur, ce qui cause les cubes de glisser, comme une unité, du évaporateur et dans le recipient. Le cycle de fabrication de la glace commencera encore quand tous le glaçons s’ont récoltés

Utilisation de l’eau dans la machine

L’appareil commence avec une quantité fixe d’eau dans le réservoir. Pendant que l’eau coule à la surface froide, l’eau qui ne contient pas d’impuretés minérales est gelée et colle aux moules des glaçons. L’eau qui contient des impuretés retombe dans le réservoir de l’eau. Pendant le procédé de fabriquer la glace, l'eau fraîche entre continuellement dans le réservoir de l'eau comme l'eau du réservoir gèle continuellement sur l'évaporateur.
