Ciclos de funcionamiento de la máquina

Gire el interruptor ICE/OFF/WASH a la posición ICE. La máquina comenzará automáticamente la etapa der hacer hielo.

La máquina tiene dos ciclos distintos: congelamiento y recolección.

En el ciclo de congelamiento, el aqua fluye a la superficie del evaporador. En el ciclo de recolección, se transfieren los cubos de hielo al recipiente y se vuelve a cargar agua en la máquina. Un ciclo completo puede durar 15 a 40 minutos, pero depende de la temperatura y de las condiciones operadoras.

Congelamiento: Durante el ciclo de congelamiento, el compresor bombea refrigerante, el ventilador hace circular aire y la bomba de agua hace circular agua. Cuando la partida de hielo se ha formado completamente, la máquina interrumpe el ciclo de congelamiento y comienza a recoger los cubos de hielo.

Recolección: Durante el ciclo de recolección de hielo, el compresor continúa funcionando, pero se detiene la bomba de agua. La válvula de gas caliente se abre, desviando el gas refrigerante caliente en el evaporador. El gas entibia el evaporador, causando que se deslicen los cubos, como una unidad, del evaporador y en el recipiente de hielo. El ciclo de congelamiento comenzará otra vez cuando se han recogido todos los cubos.

El circuito de agua en la máquina:

La máquina inicia su ciclo con el recipiente de agua cargado. Cuando el agua fluye a la superficie del evaporador, se congela y se adhiere a los moldes de cubos, a excepción contiene impurezas minerales, la cual vuelve a caer en el recipiente.
