		Warning Messages and Displays
Warning		Description
	•	Memory card error or connection error: Reinsert the card or turn the camera off and then
		on again. If the message persists, contact a FUJIFILM dealer.
WRITE ERROR	•	Not enough memory remaining to record additional pictures: Delete pictures or insert
		a memory card with more free space.
	•	The memory card or internal memory is not formatted: Format the memory card or
		internal memory (P97).
	•	The file is corrupt or was not created with the camera: The fi le can not be viewed.
READ ERROR	•	The memory card contacts require cleaning: Clean the contacts with a soft, dry cloth. If
		the message is repeated, format the card (P97). If the message persists, replace the card.
	•	Camera malfunction: Contact a FUJIFILM dealer.
	The camera has run out of frame numbers (current frame number is 999-9999). Format the
FRAME NO. FULL	memory card and select RENEW for BFRAME NO. Take a picture to reset frame num-
	bering to 100-0001, then select CONTINUOUS for BFRAME NO. (P96).
DEACTIVATE SILENT MODE	An attempt was made to adjust the volume with the camera in silent mode. Exit silent mode
	before adjusting the volume (P94).
	•	A search has returned more than 30,000 results (or more than 4,999 for BY DATE):
		Choose a search that returns fewer results.
TOO MANY FRAMES	•	You have attempted to create collages with a total of over 30,000 images: No further
		collages can be created until you have deleted fi les or inserted a new memory card.
	•	More than 999 images are selected for deletion: Choose fewer images.
PROTECTED FRAME	An attempt was made to delete or rotate to a protected picture. Remove protection and try
	again (P90).
