Bit7-4: External LV detection voltage level

Bit3-0: Internal LV detection voltage level

Note: The set level of the Internal Low Voltage Detection is only effective in case of Main Regulator isswitched off (for decreasing the trigger level when decreasing the sub regulator voltage). Otherwise (withmain regulator on) the default level is applied internally by hardware to the low voltage detection module(theregister setting is not changed in this case and will be applied next time the main regulator is switchedoff).
