Menu Field	Options		Default	Description
Maximum	■	Display only	–—	Displays the maximum capacity of the drive calculated from the

Multi-Sector	■	Disabled	[Disabled]	This option cannot be changed when Auto is selected. Specify the

Transfer Mode:	■	Standard	[Multiword DMA2]	Selects the method for moving data to/from the drive. Autotype the
	■	Fast PIO 1		drive to select the optimum transfer mode. This option cannot be
	■	Fast PIO 2		changed when Auto is selected. Multiword DMA is automatically set
	■	Fast PIO 3		to mode 1 for Fast PIO 1, Fast PIO 2, Fast PIO 3, and set to mode 2
	■	Fast PIO 4		for Fast PIO 4 / DMA. (Note that when the defaults are reset by
	■	Multiword DMA 1		pressing the [F9] button, [Disabled is displayed, but it reverts to
				[Multiword DMA 2] after the system is rebooted).

Ultra DMA	■	Disabled	[Disabled]	Selects the method for moving data to/from the drive. Autotype the
