Stopping a disc

To stop playing a disc:

■Press (stop) on the DVD player or remote control. The disc stops.
Pausing a disc

To pause playback:

■Press (pa use) on the DVD player or remote control. The disc pauses. If
you are playing a DVD, the player is in Still Picture mode. If you are playing
a CD or MP3 disc, the player is in Pause mode.
To resume playing the disc, press (play) on the DVD player or remote
control.
Important When you stop playing a DVD video in this fashion, the
player remembers the point where the stop button was
pressed. R-STOP appears on the display.
Press the Play button and the DVD resumes playing from
this point.
-OR-
Press the stop button again, and the resume function is
cancelled. STOP appears on the display.
