Operation Manual

A-SHLD:

This setting is intended to be used when an operator wants to run ACCUSHIELD. This process requires the rollers to rotate as soon as the solenoids are activated. ACCUSHIELD also requires that the lower roll NOT heat up. All the settings in A-SHLD will have:

The lower roll pre-set to 32*F

Rollers will rotate as soon as the rollers drop. Rollers will rise before the rollers stop rotating.

To Select ACCUSHIELD Mode:

Press STOP.

Press JOB.

Rotate the Master Dial until LAM is shown.

Press and hold the JOB Button. (The machine will “Beep” indicating that the machine is now in ACCUSHIELD Mode.).

The LCD will Indicate ACCUSHIELD, and then display the Gap or Pressure.

To Select a Different Pressure or Gap:

Press STOP to stop the machine.

Press JOB.

Rotate the MASTER DIAL.

The Pressure and Gap selections are: LAM, 0”, 1/16”, 1/8”, 3/16”, ¼”, 3/8”, ½”, ¾”, 1” FIGURE 3.

FIGURE 3 shows:

The Top Heat has been set to 265*F The Bottom Heat is pre-set to 032*F

Position of the Rollers are Set at the highest downward pressure. The distance this machine ran since being reset is 96ft.

READY Indicates that the temperature has reach the desired set-temp. Speed is set for 3ft/mn

The direction of the laminator is set to go forward.
