TONKAFLO PUMP WARRANTY

GE warrants its pumps to be free from defects in design, material, or workmanship for a peri- od of 15 months from receipt or 12 months from installation of the product, whichever occurs first, when said products are operated in accordance with written instructions and are installed properly. If Tonkaflo pumps are altered or repaired without prior approval of GE, all warranties are void. If any defects or malperformance occur during the warranty period, GE’s sole obligation shall be limited to alteration, repair or replacement at GE's expense, freight on board (F.O.B.) factory, of parts or equipment which, upon return to GE and upon GE’s exami- nation, prove to be defective. Equipment and accessories not manufactured by GE are war- ranted only to the extent of and by the original manufacturer's warranty. GE shall not be liable for damage or wear to equipment caused by abnormal conditions, excessive temper- atures, vibration, failure to properly prime or to operate equipment without flow, or caused by corrosives, abrasives or foreign objects. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, whether expressed or implied including any warranty of merchantabili- ty or fitness for any particular purpose. In no event shall GE be liable for consequential or incidental damages.
