Votre sécheuse est homologuée pour

une installation encastrée, comme indiqué sur l’étiquette située à l’arrière de la machine.

L’air de la sécheuse DOIT être ventilé vers l’extérieur. Consultez la section INFORMATIONS SUR L’ÉVACUATION.

Espace libre minimal entre la sécheuse

et les murs adjacents ou d’autres surfaces : 0 cm (0 pouce) de chaque côté

L’espace libre minimal en hauteur du sol

aux étagères, placards, plafonds, etc., au-dessus est de 132,1 cm (52 po).

Les portes du placard doivent être ajourées, ou sinon ventilées, et elles doivent disposer d’au moins 387,1 cm carrés (60 pouces carrés) d’ouverture, répartis équitablement. Si le placard contient une laveuse et une sécheuse, les portes doivent disposer d’au moins 774,2 cm carrés (120 pouces carrés) d’ouverture, répartis équitablement.

Aucun autre appareil à combustible ne doit être installé dans le même placard que la sécheuse (modèles à gaz uniquement).

L’installation doit être conforme aux normes locales ou, en l’absence de normes locales, avec le CODE NATIONAL DE L’ÉLECTRICITÉ, ANSI/NFPA N° 70 (pour les sécheuses électriques) ou le CODE NATIONAL DU GAZ, ANSI Z223 (pour les sécheuses à gaz).
