BAL. (Balance):

You can adjust the balance of the sound between “R (right) –21” and “L (left) –21”. To set the balance to normal, select “CNTR (center)”.

6Press ENTER at the end of the partyou want to repeat (point B).

A-B Repeat Playback starts.

7 Press ON SCREEN.

The on-screen bar disappears.

To cancel

Select “OFF” in step 4, then press ENTER.

NOTE

When playing back a DVD VIDEO, A-B Repeat Playback is possible only within the same title.

“A-B” cannot be selected during Program and Random Playback.

“A-B” cannot be selected during playback with PBC function.

Tray lock

You can lock the tray and prohibit unwanted disc ejection.

On the center unit ONLY:

While the system is on standby mode, press 0 with 7 pressed and held.

Press and hold

“LOCKED” appears on the display window.

If you try to eject the disc, “LOCKED” appears to indicate that the tray is locked.

To cancel

Carry out the same operation again.

• “UNLOCKED” appears on the display window.

AUX. LVL (Aux level):

You can select the audio input level through AUX IN (VCR) terminal.

AUX. LVL1: Normally select this.

AUX. LVL2: Select this when the source from the component connected to the AUX IN (VCR) terminal is too quiet with “AUX. LVL1” selected.

3 Press Cursor 3/2 to make an adjustment or selection.

Example:

The adjustment display automatically disappears a few seconds later with the current setting.
