NOTE: To ensure proper condensate drainage, unit must be installed in a level position.

In installations where the unit is installed above ground level and not serviceable from the ground (Example: roof top in- stallations) the installer must provide service platform for ser- vice person with rails or guards in accordance with local codes or ordinances, or, in their absence, with the latest edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code Section 305.
