Changing Table

WARNING To protect your child from falls and other injuries:

•Always stay within arm’s reach of your child when using the changing table. Always use waist belt when child is on the changing table. Never leave child unattended.

•The changing table is designed for use only with this Graco Pack ’N Play. Do not use on the floor, bed, counter or other surfaces. Before each use make sure the changing table is properly secured to the Pack ’N Play by pushing down firmly in the middle of the changing table.

•Do not use changing table as a sleeping or play area.

•Weight limit for the changing table is 25 lbs (11 kg). Do not use the changing table as extra storage. Always remove the changing table when your child is in the Pack ’N Play.

Table à langer

MISE EN GARDE Pour éviter les chutes ou autres blessures à votre bébé:

•Toujours rester à proximité de votre enfant lorsque vous utilisez la table à langer. Toujours utiliser la ceinture de retenue lorsque l’enfant est sur la table à langer. Ne jamais laisser votre enfant sans surveillance.

•La table à langer est conçue pour usage avec ce parc Pack ’N Play seulement. Ne pas utiliser par terre, sur un lit, un comptoir, ou autres surfaces. Avant chaque usage, assurez-vous que la table à langer est fixée de façon solide au parc en abaissant fermement dans le milieu de la table à langer.

•Ne pas utiliser la table à langer pour dormir ou pour jouer.

•La limite de poids pour la table à langer est de 25 lb (11 kg). Ne pas utiliser la table à langer comme espace de rangement supplémentaire. Toujours enlever la table à langer lorsque votre enfant est dans le parc Pack ’N Play.

Mudador

ADVERTENCIA Para proteger a su hijo de caídas u otros accidentes:

•Siempre permanezca cerca del alcance de su bebé cuando esté usando el mudador. Siempre use el cinturón de seguridad cuando el bebé está en el mudador. Jamas deje a su hijo solo.

•El mudador ha sido diseñado para usarlo con solamente esta Pack ’N Play Graco. No usarlo en el piso, la cama, el tablero o otro superficie.

Antes de cada uso, asegúrese que el mudador esté bien firme sobre la Pack ’N Play, empujando hacia abajo desde el centro del mudador.

•No use el mudador como colchón para jugar o para hacer dormir a su bebé.

•El peso máximo para el mudador es de 25 libras (11 kg). No use el mudador como un espacio más para almacenar cosas. Siempre retire el mudador cuando su bebé permanezca en la Pack ’N Play.
