THE GRACO WARRANTY

WARRANTY

Gram warrants all equipment manufacturedby it and bearing t5i name tobe free from defectsin material and wwkmanship an the date of sale by an authorized Gram distributor to the original purchaser for use. As purchaser's sole remedy for breachof this warranty, Graco will, fora periodof Welw months from the date of sale. repairw replace any partofthe equipment proven defective. This wanamy appliesonly when the equipmentis installed, operated and maintained accordancewith Gram's wrmen recommendations.

Thiswarrantydoesnoturver,andGramshallnotbeliablefor,anyma~unetion,damageorwear~a~sed by faulty installation. misapplication. abrasion. Corrosion. inadequate or improper maintenawe. negligence, accident tampering. or substitutionof non-Graco cornpanant parts. Nor Shall Gracobe liabla for malfunction, damage or wear caused by the incompatibilii with Gram equipment of structures. accBssories. equipment or materials not supplied by Graco. a the improper design. manufacture. installation. operationor maintmacceofstructures, accessories.muimnentormaterials not supplied by Gram.

This warranty is conditionedu p n the prepaid return of the equipment claimed tobe defective for examination by Gracoto verify the claimed defectIf. the claimed defect is verified. Gramwill repair or replace free of charge any defectivepans The equipmentwill be returned to the original purchaser transportation prepaid. H inspection of the equipment does not disclose anydefm in material or workmanship. repairswill be made at a reasonablecharge. which chargesmay includethe costs of parts. labor and transportation.
