video looking normal. When inter vals are shorter, the video quality is high er but uses more
bandwidth.
NOTE: T he users might need to configur e the Primary Stream and Seco ndary Stream
properly. Sometimes, the user might like to watch the live video stream from the web GUI in
low resolution mode while recordin g a copy via GSurf/GS_NVR in high resolution due to the
limitation of internet bandwidth. In th is case, for example, primary stream can be configured
to have better resolution, and then the users can use pr imary stream to record while watching
secondary video streams.

supports up to 3 different Voco der types,
a-law (PCMA), u-law (PC MU) and G.726.
The audio can also be turned off by
switching the setting to “Disabl ed”
Audio Compression Audio
compression is a form of data

of audio files. Usually, the higher t he audio compression is, the b etter the audio quality is.

GXV3615 supports IP version 4 . The IP address can set automatica lly via DHCP, or a static
IP address can be set manually. To make GXV3615w ork properly, the user needs to set the
DNS configuration properly. For security purposes , the user can also assign t he GXV3615 an
HTTP Port other than 80.
IP Address Configuration
The GXV3615 operates in two modes:
Dynamically Assigned via DHCP all t he field values for the Static IP mode are not us ed.
The GXV3615 acquires its IP address from the
first DHCP server it discovers on its LAN .
Statically Configured as configures all of
the following fields: IP address, Subn et Mask,
Default Gateway IP address, DNS S erver 1
(primary), DNS Server 2 (secondar y). These
