When multiple tiles need to be cut to the same dimension, the rip fence can increase production. Use the scale on the table to set the rip fence to the desired cut. Make several test cuts to check the accuracy.
If the scale on the table does not produce accu- rate cuts, the scale and table position can be fine- tuned by loosening the cap screws (See Figure 21) and adjusting the table.
45˚ beveled edges are cut on tiles using the 45˚ miter fence. Use the cutting groove in the center of the table to support the tile edge (Figure 22) as you slide the tile and table into the saw blade.
