Ingredients
2 bunches of fresh basil

3 tablespoons pine nuts or walnuts
50 g grated parmesan cheese
5 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation
Put the basil leaves, peeled garlic and pine nuts or walnuts into the glass bowl of the appliance and pulse until the ingredients are coarsely chopped. Add the parmesan cheese and the olive oil and pulse a few times until the ingredi- ents are thoroughly mixed and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.

2 egg yolks
200 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons lukewarm water
Preparation
