4.Set Timer Knob to desired toast color. To set Timer
properly, always rotate past the 10 minute mark and then rotate back to the toasting symbol that repre-
sents the desired toast color. This will ensure that the timer operates correctly and safely.
NOTE: Due to the height and depth of this oven, you will experience longer toast times than you would in a smaller oven or in a toaster.
5.A bell will sound at the end of the toast cycle. To stop toasting before the cycle is complete, turn Timer Knob to OFF.
6.When finished, turn OFF. Unplug from outlet.

This oven retains heat very well. When making more than one batch of toast, the toast shade selector should be set to a lighter color on the second batch to get the same shade of toast as the first.
•To toast bread, place bread 11⁄2 inch- es (4 cm) from the front edge of rack.
•To toast bagels, place oven rack in the high position and place bagels cut side facing up. This will toast the cut side more than the outside of the bagel. Set Toast Shade Selector to the Medium setting.
•To toast English muffins, place oven rack in the middle position and place English muffins with the split side facing up. Set Toast Shade Selector to a Medium setting.
•To toast regular toaster pastry, frozen pastry, or waffles, place oven rack in the middle position. Select a light color and toast directly on the oven rack. If pastry has a glaze of frosting, use baking pan.
•When toasting, condensation may form on the oven door. A toaster oven is enclosed so the moisture is slow to escape. After toasting, wipe door to dry and make
