Troubleshooting
PROBLEM
Blender leaks.
Ice not crushed.
Does not blend well.
Cannot remove Sure Rest™ Base.
PROBABLE CAUSE/SOLUTION
•Tighten Sure Rest™ Base on jar.
•Make sure lid with filler cap is pushed down tightly on jar.
•See ice crushing instructions in “Blending Tips” section.
•Make sure enough liquid has been added. A minimum of 8 ounces (250 ml) is recommended.
•Do not try to mash potatoes, mix stiff dough, whip egg whites, grind raw meat, or extract juices from fruits and vegetables. The blender is not made to perform these tasks.
•If mixture is too thick, continue to add liquid until mixture is blended to desired consistency.
•Loosen Sure Rest™ Base by holding jar and turning Sure Rest™ Base counterclockwise.
