The Air Purifier Will Not Turn On
•Is the air purifier plugged into a powered outlet?
• Is the fan speed knob turned on?
The Air Purifier Changes Speed
•Air quality sensor models are designed to sense the level of contaminants in the air and adjust the fan speed to provide the most effective air purification possible. If the air quality sensor control is set to Auto, it will automatically change fan speeds to adjust for changing air quality.
Reduced Air Flow or Poor Filtering
•The intake or outlet grill may be blocked. Make sure nothing is in front of or directly behind the air purifier.
•The HEPA filter may be clogged. Replace if necessary.
